    Description

    SIAMESE CAT SALT AND PEPPER JAPAN. CORK STOPPER.
    Both marked Japan. Highly glazed. Red has crazing throughout. Black does not.
    Both approximately 4.5 “ tall. Red slightly taller.
    They don’t seem to be very well done. The paint work on the base for example. I’ll let the experts decide.
    Red has a chip on its top of right ear. It looks to me that it occurred prior to glazing because the spot is shiny, not the dull ceramic as you would expect.
