    Description

    Marked Trial Sample Not for Resale, this is the "New" Tip Top Brand smooth action stainless Steel Curl Clip, on its original sales card, never used, with one sample clip. Paper sales card measures 4" x 3", and again is a free sample. Clip is 1 3/4" long.   Made by Tip-Top Products Company, Omaha 2, Nebraska and Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.  Undated but from the look of the hair style of the woman on the front of the card, plus the use of a mail zone code in the address of Tip-Top, I place this card in the 1950's.  Condition is very good-I have no problems to point out. From a pet free and smoke free home-the card has no odor. Also a virus free home.Only sample item like this on ebay.
    For items like this I do not use postal tracking.  I securely wrap the card, place it in a mailing envelope, place stamps on the envelope and mail it US First Class mail, without tracking.  I have done this over 200 times without any problems.  This helps save the buyer to in unnecessary postal costs.
