This is an antique yellow gold 5mm band in an openwork design with woven hair inside throughout. Likely a wedding band it is inscribed in cursive inside "Romeyn and Mame". A fellow eBayer found this:
The Life Summary of Ferguson Romeyn
When Ferguson Romeyn Jansen was born on 24 August 1909, in Seattle, King, Washington, United States, his father, Romeyn Jansen, was 32 and his mother, Mame Gove, was 30.
Assuming this is the same Romeyn and Mame, and why wouldn't it be?, and they married in the prior ten years, the inscription dates to the early 1900s. I suspect the ring, and the hair, are far older. Inside diameter is about 18.5mm or about a size 8 1/2. I would not attempt to resize. Weight is 1.4 grams.
